Prints vs. Originals

Every print is a giclée reproduction on archival Fine Art paper, made to order and available in three sizes: A4, A3, and A2. Every original is a one-of-a-kind oil pastel painting — once it sells, there isn't another.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. For questions about a specific order's shipping status, reach out through my Support Request form and I'll get back to you.

Framing

Prints and originals both ship unframed, packaged carefully to arrive in perfect condition. Print sizes (A4, A3, A2) fit standard frame formats, so framing locally is easy.

Returns & refunds

Because prints are made to order, they can't be returned for a change of mind (outside of EU/UK statutory rights). Original paintings can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full details, including EU/UK withdrawal rights and what happens if something arrives damaged, are in my Refund Policy.
